Call Center Representative
– Remote work
EVTF is looking for a Call Center Representative that will receive incoming calls from existing customers and relay them to our Level 1 & 2 Support Solutions team immediately. The successful candidate will be able to answer incoming calls by the 2nd ring, obtain 5 pieces of critical information from the caller, submit that information into an online form immediately; keeping customer service/satisfaction at the core of every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage an average of 5 inbound calls/hour in a timely manner
 - Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
 - Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, doing so helps to understand if call is for a record lock, a password reset, or other
 - Assure caller that the support analyst is available and waiting for the details
 - Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile – Polite, Friendly, Professional, Good Phone Etiquette
 - Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
 - Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
 
Skills
- No prior experience necessary
 - Above average typing skills – accuracy and promptness are key
 - Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
 - High level of end-user experience with internet based forms
 - Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
 - Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
 - High school degree required, college preferred
 
Requirements
- Candidate/Participant must be eligible to work in the continental United States
 - Candidate/Participant must be able to speak, hear, and write/type in clear English ( without a translator )
 - Candidate/participant must have unlimited access to their own Smart Phone and internet access through personal computer (windows or MAC -) at all times while covering
